We provide information and assistance regarding mobile phone services, upgrades, and customer support for existing mobile network customers. We act as an independent authorized retailer and are not directly affiliated with or operated by any mobile network operator unless explicitly stated.
3. Eligibility

4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed
- Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed
- Monthly contract prices are indicative and subject to credit checks by the network provider
5. Orders and Contracts
When you place an order through our service:
- Your order constitutes an offer to purchase services
- We will send you an order confirmation, but this does not constitute acceptance
- A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch or service activation
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Mobile contracts are subject to credit checks and approval by the network provider
6. Cancellation and Returns
6.1 Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods or entering into a service contract, without giving any reason.
6.2 How to Cancel

6.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or cancellation notice. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty.
